Devatech Solutions Ltd is a Geoscience and Environmental Data Management Technology Consultancy offering data management services for the Mining, Energy and Environmental Industries.
Devatech Solutions was founded by Niall King, a highly accomplished Geoscientist providing consultancy, research, scoping, prototyping, implementation, support and training in the Nuclear and Mining industries for the provision of geoscientific and environmental information management solutions.
Niall has over 14 years’ experience working with the acQuire technology, which has included researching, developing and implementing a geoscientific, hydrogeological, geotechnical and environmental information management capability.
Niall has proven success in carrying out all elements of mineral exploration projects including geological mapping, drill hole logging (RAB, AC, RC and Diamond), geochemical and soil sampling, analysis and interpretation. A demonstrable ability to manage large data migration projects and integrate complex legacy datasets. Advanced skills in SQL scripting are supplemented by project leadership to meet high-demand deadlines, people management and robust communications internally and externally at all levels.
Niall has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Computing in Earth Science from Keele University.
